Great sites Rita. You are up and organized by the look of it!
I have a steaming pile of poop on the front yard, 6 yards of it, headed for the garden beds. Ahh ..homeownership! At this rate, I won’t write until it rains.
Thanks for keeping me posted…will look forward to more reading.

Rita! Its a rare Saturday morning, I was in bed reading the Globe and Mail. My favorite reading – the Travel section. Even better when I come across a column written by You! Very funny story. You know my stories of the train! The womens only car!!?? Don’t forget to email soon.
Rita, Peter, Sage and Anjali,
I am enjoying your blog and all your great stories and photographs! It reminds me of the trip I made to France when I was 7and8 – we stayed for about 8 months near Villefranche sur Mer. I have lots of great memories of that trip, going to school, riding my bike to the bakery every morning for the daily bread (and riding home with a basket full and a baguette that I carried by jamming my thumb right into the middle of it so I could hold it against the handle bars). We made adult traps on the beach in the deep seaweed that piled up near where we lived – dug holes that seemed then about 4 feet deep and covered them with sticks and a thin layer of weed and then waited for unsuspecting adults to plunge in. And fishing for teeny weeny fish. And lots of things like that.
Glad you are having a great time.

We love hearing about your travels! Rachel wants to know when you go to Africa. She’s at Simon frase doing her Masters in International Public Health and may be travelling to Tanzania in the new year. We hope you have a Happy Birthday on the 21st. We look forward to hearing more of your adventures and seeing your photos. The kids look great!
Love
